1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CloudTest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms,
and any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy).
2) Accounts & Access
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3) Exams & Online Proctoring
CloudTest may provide exam monitoring features (such as webcam, microphone, and/or screen monitoring) depending on
the exam settings set by the organizer.
- Proctoring requirements may include identity verification, environment checks, and activity monitoring.
- Exam organizers define rules such as time limits, attempts, and permitted resources.
- Violations of exam rules may result in flags, invalidation of attempts, or disqualification (as per organizer policy).
4) User Responsibilities
- Do not use CloudTest for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, proctoring, or exam restrictions.
- Do not upload malicious code, spam, or infringing content.
- Ensure you have a compatible device, browser, and stable internet during an exam.
5) Payments & Subscriptions
Some features require payment. Subscription plans, pricing, and included limits will be shown at purchase time.
- Payments may be processed through third-party gateways.
- Taxes may apply depending on billing location and applicable laws.
- Refunds, if available, follow the plan’s refund policy and purchase terms.
6) Privacy & Data
CloudTest collects and processes data to operate the Service, including account details, exam activity, and (if enabled)
proctoring data (such as images/audio/screen recordings). We handle data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
- Exam organizers may access candidate results and proctoring logs for review.
- Data retention periods may vary based on organizer settings and policy.
- You should not share sensitive information in free-text fields unless required.
7) Intellectual Property
- CloudTest and its branding, software, and UI are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Service.
- You must have the rights to any content you upload (questions, images, documents, etc.).
8) Service Availability & Support
We aim to keep CloudTest available and secure, but availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages.
- Planned maintenance may be communicated in advance when possible.
- Support response times can vary based on severity and plan level.
- During live exams, candidates should contact their organizer first for immediate exam-related actions.
9) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Service,
or created security risks. Organizers may also restrict candidate access per exam policies.
10) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
CloudTest is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudTest is not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or exam outcomes caused by factors outside our control.
11) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of CloudTest after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
